All accounts are subject to credit approval through a signed and completed credit application. Upon credit approval, a customer number and a credit limit will be issued as promptly as possible.
All accounts are due and payable on the 10th day of the month following any and all purchases
Any account 30 days past due will be charged a service charge of 1-1/2% per month or 18% APR on any unpaid balance. Service charges are a part of all business transaction and MUST BE PAID. Failure to include all service charges due when remitting your payment could allow your account to go into a Past Due Status and thus place your company on C.O.D. automatically.
If an account should become 90 days past due and no arrangements have been made, then the account is subject to being submitted for legal collection.
It is the customer’s responsibility to notify this office of any discrepancies immediately.
